After my accident I contacted the insurance company for the lady who hit me and they said she was not insured with them. I was afraid I would be stuck with a wrecked car and doctor's bills. I called Phillips and Lyon and their investigator immediately started working to find insurance to cover this accident. They found insurance coverage and proceeded handling all parts of my claim which put me at ease.

Phillips and Lyon took care of getting me money for my totaled car and also demanded money for the time I was without transportation. The adjuster did not want to give me any compensation for no transportation but Mr. Lyon convinced him it was necessary.

I thought Alma, my legal assistant, did a great job. She always answered my questions and returned my calls in a timely manner. I liked that she would call me at least once a month to let me know the status of my case and find out how my medical care was progressing. I am very happy with the settlement I received. I was very pleased with service from Phillips and Lyon. I really didn't have to do anything, as they took care of everything for me. Once I was done treating my case settle in a couple months. I received full reimbursement for medical expenses & also pain & suffering. Alma, my legal assistant, kept in touch with me through emails which was more convenient for me and made it feel more personal. I refer anyone I know that runs into this situation & if I ever need this type of legal assistance again I would definitely call Phillips and Lyon.

We are so happy we hired Phillips and Lyon to handle our accident case. We worked with Cynthia and she always kept us up to date on our case. She was very friendly and courteous throughout our case. I first became associated with Phillips and Lyon in January 2004. My 27 year old daughter, 7 year old and 3 year old granddaughters were involved in an accident with a drunken driver. Tragically my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter did not survive the accident, and my 7 year old granddaughter was severely injured. I had been in touch with a number of law firms before contacting Phillips and Lyon. The law firms I talked to prior to talking with Phillip and Lyon, I was not comfortable with at all. With the other law firms I felt as if I were taking a number and getting in line.

When I called Phillips and Lyon, this was not the case. I spoke with a represenitive, who took my information, and within an hour I received a call back from Gary Phillips. We spoke at length, at the end of the conversation I felt that he without question cared about my family's tragic situation, I decided at this point that this was the law firm that I wanted representing my family. We set up a meeting to discuss the case. While I was at Phillips and Lyon, I was treated courteously and professionally by the entire staff. My meeting with Gary Phillips was impressive. I found him to be a very personable, down to earth and a fighter. Gary answered all my questions, and told me all the pros and cons of my case. Gary did not rush me out of his office, he spent as much time with me as needed, he also introduced me to the staff members that would be working on my case. He made me no hollow promises. I left Phillips and Lyon confident that I had a law firm that was going to fight for my family.

The confidence I felt when I left Phillips and Lyon was not unfounded. Phillip and Lyon got all the creditors from hounding me for the medical bills that had been incurred during this tragic time off my back. I was in no way was finically responsible for any of the bills, which totaled over $600,000.00. My wife and my only concern was getting the medical care that my surviving granddaughter needed. Each time I spoke with anyone from the office by phone or e mail, they would always inquire as to my granddaughter's progress. Through the whole process the staff at Phillips and Lyon treated us like we were family rather than clients. After suffering the triple tragedy that my family had to endured, this compassionate attitude was comforting. Very few people have suffered a loss like my family did, and hopefully never have to experience such a tragedy. But Phillips and Lyon was there for my family then ,and still are.

Phillips and Lyon relentlessly went after the insurance companies responsible, and were able to secure all the money owed for my surviving granddaughter. Thus insuring my granddaughter's finical future. Phillips and Lyon never negotiated with anyone, they fought for every penny for granddaughter and got it.

In my 35 year professional career I have dealt with hundreds of law firms and attorneys pertaining to business. I have never been impressed with any law firm until I dealt with Phillips and Lyon. I found them to be professional, compassionate and honest. I would refer Phillips and Lyon to anyone who has been injured in an accident. Their attorney fees are fair and I feel I got a good settlement for my accident. I hired Phillips and Lyon because my wife used them for a prior accident case and she had a very good experience. I was concerned about getting my car fixed properly because it was a limited edition car and I didn't want the value to decrease due to this accident. I was very happy with the way my car was fixed.

I feel Mr Lyon was very aggressive in representing my best interest. The insurance company wanted to settle my case for $3,000 less but Mr. Lyon continued to fight with the insurance company and they soon agreed to settle my case for what it was worth which of course meant more money for me. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case. I thought Cythia was very nice to work with and always let me know what was happening. Mr. Lyon explained everything very well and made sure I was comfortable with every part of my case.
