Gary Phillips

Gary Phillips is a founding member and senior partner of the law firm of Phillips and Lyon. Gary grew up in Chicago and came to Arizona in 1963 where he attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1967. He then went to the Chicago Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1972.
