Gary R. Phillips
Gary grew up in Chicago. He first came to Arizona in 1964, where he attended Arizona State University.  In 1967 Gary graduated from ASU with a Bachelor of Science degree and then went to the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology where he graduated in 1972 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He then returned to Phoenix to practice law. In 1977 he joined with Mr. Lyon to found Phillips and Lyon, which was first located in the Financial Center at Central and Osborn. In 1984 their current office headquarters was constructed at 12th Street and Osborn.

Gregory J. Lyon
Greg grew up in Chicago. In 1971 Greg graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  He then attended Loyola University of Chicago where he graduated in 1974 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He relocated to Phoenix to practice law. In 1977 he joined with Mr. Phillips to found Phillips and Lyon.
