Henry G. Hester is an associate member the law firm of Phillips And Lyon. The firm was founded in 1977 in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Hester graduated with Honors from Arizona State University College of Law in 1974 and has been in private practice in Arizona for 33 years. Before graduation he was a Bailiff and law clerk in the Superior Court of Maricopa County for The Honorable Sandra Day O'Connor. Sandra Day O'Connor later went on to become the first woman to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court. He is currently admitted in all Arizona courts including the Supreme Court of Arizona and Federal District Court of Arizona as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He is an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and he is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.
Mr. Hester has been with Phillips And Lyon for over 20 years and is a significant participant in our Serious Injury Group. Mr. Hester has limited his practice to representing Arizona injury victims for over 30 years.
